About

Jen Milus, Doctor of Chiropractic, CSCS.
While studying at the University of Maryland, Dr. Jen Milus was injured in an auto accident. This was when she discovered Chiropractic, and it changed her life.
The dream to help others led her to Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California. She focused her studies on sports injuries while training for elite distance running and cycling.
After graduating, Dr. Jen settled in Pleasanton, California, and set up her practice with her family.
Life consisted of running a full-time Chiropractic practice in addition to being a high school team doctor, an exercise and rehab coach, a lacrosse coach, and a mother. She worked with sports injuries, work and auto injuries, and the 2008 US Olympic Synchronized Swimmers for strength and conditioning.
After 19 years in private practice, she accepted a position with the Department of Defense. She treated military personnel at 29 Palms Marine Corps Base, CA, Marine Corps Headquarters, Quantico, Virginia, and the Navy Yard in DC.
After six years in Washington and her daughter in Chiropractic school in San Jose, California, Dr. Jen decided to return to Pleasanton for quality of life and practice.
In 2020, the mother-daughter team created Doc Milo's Pain Relief Balm to help their clients recover faster from painful inflammation. The all-natural ingredients exceeded expectations, and many clients asked where they could buy the balm. As demand grew, it was clear the balm could help people beyond the family chiropractic business and is now available online.
